Q. I've just ordered a song, and need to send you my photo to be displayed on my CD/MP3 Webpage. How can I send you this?

A. Please email us your photo (and the bigger image you can send, the better). Our email address can be found on our contact page - please make sure you include your full name in the email, and send it from the email address you entered when you placed your order.
 

Q. What are 'personalised songs'?

A. We offer a totally unique gift: Give someone their very own song, all about them. Taking as many details as you wish to give us about the recipient, we'll then either write and record a wholly original song, or record new vocals into one of our template songs - the choice is yours. The finished song is then either presented on CD, with a free lyric sheet included, or we can create your very own webpage, with your song featured in MP3 format (in as little as 48 hours!). A great gift for absolutely any recipient and any occasion.

A. For our custom service, it's virtually unlimited! This is where you can tell us as much as you want - perhaps romantic things such as when you first met, your first kiss and date, or events such as the birthday boy's first car, or the time your Dad embarrassed you by dancing at your wedding - absolutely anything can be in your song, as all the lyrics are written from scratch.
Alternatively, for our template songs, we ask for slightly different personalised information for each song. These are very personal details such as the recipient's name, eye colour, the date you met, a special term of endearment you use, words which describe them and more - listen to our different template songs to see the different personalised information you can provide.

A. Depending on which you'd prefer, you'll either get a printed CD, displayed in a presentation case, with a free lyric sheet included as well, or we can create your very own MP3 webpage (where you can listen to your song, download it, and view the lyrics). Both the MP3 webpage and the CD can be further personalised - at no extra charge - with a photo of your choice (which you can send us at the time of ordering, or email at a later date). We can also include a  personal message, as the final personal touch. If you want your song as soon as possible, but still want to give a CD as well, you can order our combined MP3 and CD package - this means you'll be able to hear your song in as little as 48 hours (for our template service) on your own webpage, and will be receiving a CD through the mail a while later.

A. Not as much as you'd think! We offer two different packages: the custom service, and our template songs - and there are three different delivery options for each. Further information about the price for each service and delivery option is available here.

A. Payments can be made with all major credit and debit cards, securely handled by Paypal. A paypal account is not needed to make a payment, nor will you be required to open an account. Alternatively, we also offer Google Checkout payments for those who already have, or wish to open, a Google Checkout account (which can then be used to make payments on websites all over the world).

Custom Songs: If you so choose, we can write your custom song in the third person. This means we will write lyrics such as 'Debbie loves you', rather than 'I love you'. We have written and recorded plenty of songs for male recipients in this manner, and the man in question has always been thrilled with his song. However, we can also write your custom song in the usual first person - it is totally up to you.

Template Songs: We  offer different versions of some of our template songs, specifically for male recipients. These songs contain specific lyrics, talking about both of you, sung in the third-person. Look out for the symbol next to the song title which will let you know if a specific version for male recipients is available.

A. Not too long at all! The actual time of delivery depends on the song service you have chosen, and your preferred delivery option. For instance, if you want to personalise one of our template songs, and choose the MP3 webpage delivery option, this means you'll be able to hear your song on your very own webpage within 48 hours worldwide! A. No problem! All our CDs are dispatched in plain packaging, with no indication of where the package has come from, or what it contains.

A. We always retain the full rights and copyright to all the music we produce. However, for our custom songs you will be credited and will thus have half copyright to the lyrics - your name will, in fact, be shown on the back of the presentation case as the song's co-lyricist! For our template songs, you will also get a mention, but no copyright.

A. Of course you can! We don't mind that at all, and give you full permission to make as many copies as you like, as long as it is not reproduced for any monetary purpose. If you would like some copies done by us, we can also arrange that for a small fee. Just contact us.

A. I'm afraid not. Due to copyright laws we cannot record cover versions of songs, even with all the lyrics changed. If there is a particular song you would like your song to be in a similar style to, that's OK, but bear in mind that the song you will receive will have to be significantly different to the original. Sorry, we don't make the copyright laws!

A. Absolutely. Just contact us, and we'll be happy to discuss your song requirements before you place an order.

A. Definitely. We use Paypal to handle our credit/debit card payments - the global leader in online payments. Alternatively, we also offer Google Checkout to take payments - which is also totally secure. We never receive your credit/debit details at any time - these are taken by Paypal/Google on their secure servers, so order with ease of mind!
